Jefferson is committed to our employees’ continuous learning and development. JOLT (Jefferson Onboarding and Leadership Transformation) was created to equip our employees with the knowledge, skills and abilities they need to drive Jefferson’s transformation into a future-thinking, entrepreneurial academic health care organization and university.
JOLT is the umbrella for five learning institutes with distinct organizational focuses. These institutes provide employees at all levels and functions with opportunities for growth and continuous learning. One of these is the Leadership Institute, whose programs include leadership and career development education and resources.
How to Register for a Learning & Development Course
Register for courses through the HealthStream Learning Management System: Login to HealthStream. Select “Catalog Tab.” In browse category, type in HR. Click on the course you would like to attend. Click “Register.”
