Service Anniversaries

For every 5 years of full-time service at one of Jefferson’s entities, eligible employees can choose a gift. Employees celebrating a service anniversary will receive their personalized gift link at their jefferson.edu email address during theiranniversary month.

Please note: Employees have 6 months to redeem their service award gift when they receive the email with their personalized link. After that, the link will expire and the employee will no longer be able to select a gift.

Center City, Methodist, and Abington employees celebrating Jefferson anniversaries of 25 years or more will be invited to a celebratory event this Spring.

Jefferson-Northeast, Jefferson New Jersey, Lansdale, and East Falls campus employees celebrating their service anniversaries will host their events between April and June. More information will be sent to employees eligible to attend.

As long as they enter their email address upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.  Within these confirmation emails, there are links to connect to our Customer Care Team. 
3. If you need to reach the customer service team regarding the award you received, including receiving a defective item, please reach out to: programawardcenter@biworldwide.com and include your order number, name, and provide details on your request.
