Securing your financial future is an integral part of your Total Rewards package offered to you as a Jefferson employee.  Jefferson offers a variety of retirement plans to employees.  Retirement savings is provided through employer contributions and employee contributions to defined contribution plans available through TIAA.  Eligibility for employer contributions is usually after one year of service.  Employees are automatically enrolled to contribute to a 403b plan immediately upon hire unless they opt out.
