Medication Test Information and Instructions
As part of becoming a Jefferson nurse, you will be required to complete and pass a medication test. The medication test is comprised of 25 randomized multiple choice questions. The questions are based on general medication knowledge, patient safety and calculations. You are welcome to use a calculator. Prior to taking the test, we recommend that you prepare by reviewing one of the many medication/drug reference books available on the market.
For your convenience, we have also provided our medication test calculation study guide.
A passing grade of 80 must be achieved to continue with the application process. The medication test is scored upon submission so you will immediately know your grade. The test may only be taken once during this application period. If you do not pass, you will have another opportunity to reapply online in three months.
Thank you for your interest in Jefferson Nursing.
